All products are checked thorougly before being sent. We use the reccomended packaging for all our products, but if an order should arrive in a state you are unhappy with then please contact us direct on [email protected] ideally with supporting photos.
Re package never arriving - Please contact us direct and we will investigate the postage information, if we cannot locate and re send the item we will refund it.
